These Terms & Conditions govern use of Tripinstays by travelers, hosts, and visitors.

1. Platform Model

Tripinstays is a direct-to-owner discovery and lead platform. Final pricing, availability, and stay terms are agreed directly between traveler and host unless otherwise stated.

2. Traveler Responsibilities

• Provide accurate profile and enquiry details.
• Review listing information and host policies before finalizing.
• Follow property rules and applicable laws.

3. Host Responsibilities

• Provide correct listing details, pricing, amenities, and policies.
• Use traveler data only for genuine stay-related communication.

4. Sharing Traveler Data With Hosts

If a traveler requests host contact details, submits an enquiry, or asks to connect with a host, Tripinstays may share traveler details with the host for direct communication.

Such details may include name, mobile number, email, and enquiry information relevant to the stay requirement.

5. Fees, Payments, and Commission

Tripinstays does not charge booking commission in the standard direct-connect flow unless explicitly disclosed for a specific feature.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation/refund terms are primarily governed by host policy and traveler-host agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tripinstays acts as a technology platform and is not automatically liable for indirect losses arising from traveler-host transactions, to the extent permitted by law.
